Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant - Secondary & FE

Location: Rayleigh, Essex

Pay Rate: £95.00 - £100.00 per day

Contract: Ongoing / Term-Time

We are expanding our team of SEN LSAs to work with high-performing secondary schools and local colleges in Rayleigh. We have immediate requirements for adaptable support staff who want to make a difference in young people's education.

Your Role:

Working alongside subject teachers and lecturers, you will help bridge the gap for students who require additional support in class or during intervention sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students with speech, language, communication, and learning difficulties.

• Support students in managing stress, workload, and social interactions.

• Provide feedback to class teachers regarding engagement and progress.

Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs.

• Flexible, reliable, and able to build rapid rapport with teenagers.

• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA, NVQ Health & Social Care, or degree) are a plus, but relevant experience is key.
