Freelance Site Manager Required - New Build Housing

Rate: £300 per day

We are seeking a highly driven Freelance Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a new build housing development in Crewe. You will be responsible for driving the project timeline, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality control.

Requirements:

• Proven track record managing new build housing sites from groundworks through to completion.

• Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Manager card.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage trades and sub-contractors.

• Sharp eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes.
