Financial Planning Administrator

Surrey, UK Dynamite Recruitment The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established Chartered Financial Planning practice in Surrey during an exciting period of growth.

Working closely with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and the wider administration team, you ll provide high-quality administrative support while developing your knowledge and experience within financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers
• Prepare client meeting packs, documentation and follow-up actions
• Process new business across investments, pensions and protection
• Handle client servicing requests and liaise with product providers
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems
• Support clients with applications and documentation
• Manage adviser diaries and meeting arrangements where required
• Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently

About You You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience within IFA, Financial Planning or Wealth Management administration
• Good knowledge of financial planning administration and client servicing
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confidence dealing with clients, Advisers and providers
