About the role
TEMP Medical Receptionist, Fallowfield Based.
Immediate start, £13.45 per hour + Hol Pay.
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to provide temporary cover for 4–6 weeks, with strong potential to extend.
Monday to Friday, 1:30pm–8:15pm each.
Please only apply if you are able to commit to these hours, Monday to Friday, for the duration of the temporary placement – there is no flexibility.
Responsibilities:- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Answering and managing telephone calls
- Booking and managing appointments
- Updating patient records and handling administrative tasks
- Processing prescriptions and requests as required
- Liaising with clinicians and other members of the practice team
- General reception and office duties
Previous GP/medical reception experience would be desirable, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
A Standard DBS check will be required for this role.
