About the role
*Temporary Position*
Job Title: Temporary Facilities Administrator
Job Location: Winsford
Start: ASAP
Contract Duration: Temporary 3 months
Hours of Work: 9am-5pm
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Work Format: Fully office based
Hourly Rate: £13.70ph
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all calls and emails relating to facilities issues via the main inbox
- Accurately log all maintenance enquiries on the inhouse system
- Update spreadsheets and job trackers with work in progress and work completed
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and arrange repairs
- Produce reports as and when required for management
About You:
- Excellent telephone manner
- A confident and professional character
- The ability to manage multiple jobs at any times
- Attention to detail
- Competent on computers including MS Excel
