About The Role

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Hereford (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £20 per hour
Contract: Agency for 3 months (September - November)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hoople Desktop team, supporting a wide range of public sector and private sector customers including Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust and Hereford & Worcester ICB/GPs. You will work in a large Desktop support team resolving customer ICT queries, and issues in relation to desktop hardware/peripherals and software both remotely and on site across 170+ sites primarily throughout Herefordshire & Worcestershire. You will have demonstrable desktop support skills, be focused on customer delivery, and be experienced in working to SLAs. You will be able to support projects(e.g. Hardware & Software deployments) and have the ability to travel to sites across Herefordshire & Worcestershire.
This is a temporary, full time role is specifically looking for a flexible approach to working hours.  Experience of supporting NHS clients and GP surgeries would be beneficial.
