Support Worker - Scottish Islands

• The Western Isles
• Argyll & Bute
• Orkney
• Shetland

Highly Competitive Rates: From £19.00 up to £26.00 per hour (depending on experience, location, and role).

We have a variety of fulfilling roles available to suit your skills and preferences, including:

• Homecare (Supporting individuals in their own homes and local communities)
• Residential Care Homes
• Supported Living Services

• Work amidst stunning beaches, historic castles, and close-knit, welcoming island communities.
• Full-time hours available with a stable placement duration, ranging from 45 hours - 70+.
• Empower individuals and support vulnerable adults in remote communities where your care truly matters.

To maintain our high standards of care in these unique locations, you must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 12 months of experience working as a Support Worker within the UK.
• Willingness to commit to a placement of at least 3 months.
• You must have access to your own car and a valid driving licence (essential for navigating island routes).
• Experience with Moving & Handling, Administering Medication and providing personal care
