Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups.
• Adapt quickly to different school policies, classroom environments, and teaching styles.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student development.
• Effectively manage classroom behavior in line with school expectations.
• Demonstrate flexibility by covering various subjects and year groups as required by the schools.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of progress where required.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be in your ECT induction period.
• A strong passion for primary education and a desire to make a difference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience and the ability to adapt to new environments at short notice.
• Full commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Possess an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
