EYFS Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Long Term Roles in Liverpool

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support to children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities.
• Support the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils through one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Help create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and play-based learning.
• Monitor progress and contribute to classroom observations to support individual development plans.
• Promote positive behavior and independence among pupils.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within an EYFS environment or with young children.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting child development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with both staff and pupils.
• A proactive, patient, and flexible attitude.
• Relevant childcare or education-related qualifications are highly desirable.
