Air Hygiene Account Manager

Randstad is partnering with a leading, private equity-backed UK compliance consultancy to appoint an Air Hygiene Account Manager. You will lead and expand key client accounts across ventilation hygiene (TR19), ductwork safety, indoor air quality, and fire damper compliance for blue-chip commercial, healthcare, and public sector estates. Key Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships, ensure SLA delivery, and secure long-term contract renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across wider compliance services.
• Oversee account financial performance, revenue targets, and proposal generation.
• Partner with field engineering and scheduling teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Account management or commercial experience within air hygiene, ventilation, building compliance, or environmental consultancy.
• Strong commercial acumen (contract renewals, proposal writing, and account profitability).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with Facilities Managers and Estate Directors.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
