At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling. Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
