Administer medication and complete clinical procedures. Monitor observations and respond to changes in patient needs. Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. Promote dignity, safety and person centred care.What you need Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. At least six months post qualification experience within the UK as a nurse. Confidence working across different care settings. Good spoken and written English.
