We’re partnering with an ambitious organisation seeking a Head of Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation to lead its data and digital strategy and drive transformational change across the business.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a data-driven culture, delivering digital transformation programmes, advancing AI and automation capabilities, and ensuring data is used to improve decision-making, operational performance and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the organisation’s data and digital transformation strategy.
• Lead data governance, analytics, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
• Drive automation, AI adoption and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver large-scale transformation programmes and realise measurable business benefits.
• Build and lead a high-performing data and digital team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities.

About You

• Proven leadership experience in data, analytics, digital transformation or technology.
• Strong track record of delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Expertise in data strategy, governance, BI and analytics.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading organisational change.
• Commercially focused, strategic and results-driven.
