PR & Communications Manager – FinTech

PR & Communications Manager - £48,000-£55,000 3 days per week - London ** Please note, the business requires experience working for an agency on Fintech clients, or inhouse experience within the Finance sector ** A growing, high-performing FinTech organisation is looking for a PR & Comms Manager to join their communications team. They are a brilliant business going through significant growth and are building out their PR & Comms team further this year, offering a huge opportunity to make an impact in a regulated, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver PR and media relations campaigns aligned to brand and business objectives Build strong relationships with financial, business, and trade media Create press releases, statements, thought leadership and reactive commentary Support crisis and issues comms handling when required Manage PR agencies and ensure consistent brand messaging Monitor media coverage, track results, and report on campaign performance Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product and leadership teams Experience Background in a PR agency working on fintech/financial clients OR in-house within financial services Strong media relations experience, ideally across financial, business or tech press Excellent writing and storytelling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Experience with reputational comms, reactive press office work or regulated sectors is beneficial *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
