We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency branch in Birchington, leading a high-performing team and driving continued business growth.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and manage the branch team, setting targets, monitoring performance and supporting development
• Drive new business by generating instructions, building client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the branch
• Oversee sales and lettings activity, including valuations, viewings, offers, negotiations and pipeline progression
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors and applicants
• Handle client queries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Manage the day-to-day running of the branch, including compliance, processes, marketing and reporting
• Create a positive, high-performing team culture and lead by example

Branch Manager requirements:

• Proven estate agency experience with a strong track record of converting valuations into sales
• Previous experience leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Driven, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping clients through their property journey
• Strong work ethic with a values-led approach centred around honesty, respect and trust
• Confident managing targets, performance and business development opportunities
