We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Manchester, overseeing a busy and successful office.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager with strong listing, valuation and managerial experience, looking to take ownership of branch performance and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
• Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Drive new business through valuations, instructions and business generation
• Take ownership of branch revenue, performance and profitability
• Monitor figures, KPIs and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards across the branch
• Build strong relationships within the local market and support the growth of the company brand
• Work closely with business owners and directors to support wider business strategy and growth
• Lead by example, creating a positive and high-performing branch environment

Branch Manager requirements:

• Proven experience within residential estate agency
• Strong track record in winning instructions, generating valuations and driving revenue
• Previous experience in a managerial or senior position within estate agency
• Strong listing and business development experience
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and people management skills
• Highly organised, proactive and target-driven approach
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on branch performance and profitability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
