Freelance Property PR – AD / Associate Director 🏠 Property & Built Environment ⏰ 16 hours per week | Fully Remote 💰 c.£300–£400 per day   A great opportunity for an experienced freelance & fractional Account Director or Associate Director with strong property media relationships who wants a regular, flexible commitment alongside other work for an initial 12 month contract with view to extend.    You’ll join a small, senior property built environment communications consultancy, working across clients spanning commercial property, housing, architecture, flexible workspace, professional services, local government and industry bodies.   The focus is firmly on media relations and clients:

• Strong relationships with property/trade journalists
• Spotting and pitching stories, commentary and op-eds
• Securing interviews and media opportunities
• Attending occasional journalist/client briefings in London (once a month) 
• Confidently acting as a senior, trusted pair of hands with clients

The attraction: just 16 hours per week, worked across two days or flexibly spread across 3–5 days.   Fully remote anywhere in the UK, with occasional London meetings - once a month   There’s minimal pitching, new business or admin, plus dedicated copywriting support – so you can focus on clients, journalists and securing great coverage.   Ideal for an established freelance property PR AD or Associate Director looking for a consistent, long-term client commitment without sacrificing flexibility.   Please send your CV for immediate consideration detailing you payment status - Sole trader or Ltd company
