Midweight Graphic Designer

This is a beauty business operating in the premium end of the market, used and influenced by the biggest celebrities in the world. The design and creative studio is scaling, and they need someone who can keep pace with the volume without dropping quality.

Now they’re on the lookout for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join their growing in-house creative studio. The strategy and direction are set above you – your job is turning that into the assets that go out across eCommerce, email, paid social and OOH, day in, day out.

The Role
You’ll design across the full commercial output – product and category pages for eCommerce, web banners, email campaigns, paid social creative, and OOH executions tied to launches and key retail moments.

You’ll work from established brand guidelines, trusted to adapt and problem-solve within them, keeping everything consistent across a high volume of touchpoints and fast turnarounds. You’ll work closely with the senior creative team and marketing to translate briefs into finished, on-brand assets, and you’ll quickly incorporate feedback as campaigns move through testing.

The Person
You’ve got 3+ years’ design experience, ideally with exposure to beauty, cosmetics, skincare or DTC, either agency or in-house work. You’re confident in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma, with InDesign useful for any print/OOH output.

Most importantly, you understand what makes eCommerce and social creative convert, not just look good, and you’re comfortable working at pace across multiple briefs at once without losing attention to detail.
