The Role
Ideas-first, you’ll lead conceptual thinking across brand, packaging, advertising and experience projects, taking briefs from the first spark to storyboard and into the client room.

A big part of the job is selling ideas, as well as having them. You’ll build the narrative behind each concept and write the decks, present them to clients with personality and warmth, and cut sizzle reels in Premiere Pro to help sell work internally. You’ll develop and motivate a small team around you, and be confident and personable when client-facing.

The Person
You’re a Midweight or Senior Creative ready to step up to Art Director, with a background in luxury and high-end brands. Your portfolio should be strong on branding and packaging and should show how you think, not just the finished work. Ideation matters most here, and After Effects skills are a bonus.
