My West Midlands based client, an expanding outsourced business solutions company that help companies improve efficiency, reduce costs and access specialist expertise without building large in-house teams. Services include Finance, Analytics and Back Office Support, with further services planned.
They are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to build a sales pipeline, win new clients across the UK and develop opportunities within the USA market. Responsible for new business generation from prospecting through to client engagement.

They are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to build a sales pipeline, win new clients across the UK and develop opportunities within the USA market. Responsible for new business generation from prospecting through to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and target businesses with outsourcing opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across UK and USA markets
- Generate new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking and referrals
- Develop relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions
- Develop proposals and manage opportunities through to close
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
- Support sales strategy, target markets and proposition development
- Attend client meetings, events and business development activities
- Proven B2B new business sales experience
- Able to generate leads and build pipelines
- Experience selling services, ideally outsourced or recurring services
- Confident with senior stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling and commercial skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Excited by helping to grow a new service offering
