SEND Teaching Assistant

This supportive Warwick school is seeking a part‑time SEND Teaching Assistant for three days a week. With her recent experience supporting children with additional needs, she creates calm routines, guides pupils through structured tasks and maintains a steady, positive learning environment. Moreover, she works closely with teachers throughout the day to adapt activities, reinforce key skills and provide consistent, nurturing support tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• SEND support delivered through calm, structured routines
• 1:1 guidance for pupils needing additional help
• Small‑group activities that build confidence
• Adapted learning tasks for varied needs
• Positive behaviour approaches using warm, consistent communication
• Close teamwork with teachers and support staff

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally qualified: L2/L3 TA
• Strong SEND experience
• Calm, organised and supportive approach
• Confidence adapting tasks for individual needs
• Part‑time availability (3 days a week)
• Interest in Warwick‑based SEND roles
