Level 3 Teaching Assistant – EYFS

Are you a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a welcoming primary school environment?

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support children within our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision, alongside assisting with our before and after-school wraparound care.

The Role

• Supporting teaching and learning within EYFS.
• Creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young learners.
• Delivering planned activities and supporting children’s development across all areas of learning.
• Supervising and engaging children during wraparound care sessions.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Promoting children’s wellbeing, independence, and social development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.
• Hold a DBS n Update service or willing to get one
• Has experience working within EYFS or a primary school setting.
• Is enthusiastic, caring, and adaptable.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
