Site Supervisor (7565)

The Vale Academy are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join our academy in October 2026, on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As a Site Supervisor, you will provide general maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the Academy, ensuring all checks are appropriately logged on the Trust’s electronic reporting system.

Your new school

The Vale is a successful and high-achieving 11-18 academy with an excellent reputation and a strong track record of student outcomes, which continue to be above national averages. Our latest outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority for attainment at 5+ in both English and Mathematics at 59%. Overall attainment at 4+ in both English and Mathematics stands at 75%, with an attainment score of 48.2.

Situated in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, The Vale serves a largely rural community. Brigg is a historic market town on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and many of our students travel a considerable distance to attend the academy. We provide state-of-the-art facilities and an outstanding learning environment for both students and staff. The Vale also offers an extensive and varied programme of extracurricular activities, supporting a rich and rounded education and providing opportunities for students to develop their interests, talents and aspirations both within and beyond the classroom.
