Administration Officer

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate

• A warm, caring nature in keeping with the school’s ethos, with excellent communication, organisational, inter-personal and team working skills
• Efficiency, commitment and conscientiousness in carrying out a range of administration support tasks and services in the school office
• A highly motivated professional approach, committed to providing an excellent standard of customer service
• Good numeracy and literacy skills and well-developed ICT skills, ie: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Relevant experience/qualifications - NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant disciplines required in the post.
• Previous school experience, including attendance and finance are preferred.
• First Aid Qualification including Paedatric First Aid or willingness to undertake this training and responsiblity as well as the Administration of Medicines Role in school for which an additional allowance is given.
• Willingness to support lunchtime supervision of children on a daily basis in the dining hall.
