Assistant Principal - Safeguarding + Assistant Principal - Behaviour

St James Academy are seeking two hardworking, enthusiastic and committed Assistant Principals with strong pastoral background and relevant experience to join our ambitious and dedicated senior team. These are two distinct roles, one leading on Safeguarding the other to lead on Behaviour.

You will contribute to the development and delivery of whole school priorities, working collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards, develop staff and ensure the very best outcomes for our students.

The role will include line management, delivering training, analysing data, implementing a robust intervention model to provide early support and engaging with families and external agencies. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for all learners.
