Job details

Hours of work: 30hrs a week between the hours of (06:30 - 09:00 and 15:15 - 18:45 Monday to Friday) These hours will be worked during the school term time plus two additional weeks during the school holidays

Position type: Permanent

Salary: £13.28 per hour

The aim of the role is to provide a good quality cleaning service that is responsive to the needs of the school, resulting in a clean and healthy environment for pupils and staff. Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;

Emptying waste bins

Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors

Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms

Wiping down and dusting furniture

Maintaining office/reception are

Job requirements

To be able to work well within a team

The ability to communicate well with everyone in the school community

Excellent time keeping skills and been a reliable member of the team

Experience would be beneficial however it is not essential as full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate
