General Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint a General Teaching Assistant for 30 Hours per Week, on a Term Time only basis to join our team at Barlby High School.

Are you passionate about helping children succeed and thrive in a learning environment? We are looking for a dedicated General Teaching Assistant to work alongside our teaching staff, support individual pupils and small groups, and deliver engaging learning and behavior activities. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering pupils' social and emotional well-being, and in supporting positive behavior management.

To succeed, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good literacy and numeracy skills, and a relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).
