Weekly Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

Annual Weeks: 39 Weeks (Term time including INSET Days)

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the class teacher to support lesson planning, resource preparation, and create a positive learning environment.

Assist in developing and implementing individual education and personal care plans, including hygiene needs and administering medication when required.

Lead whole classes during the teacher’s non-contact time and in cases of short-term absence.

About You

Passionate about making a difference for children with SEN.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other professionals to implement recommendations.

Confident using ICT to support learning.

Resilient, reliable, and committed to being part of a supportive team.

Flexible, proactive, and willing to undertake training to develop your skills.
