Curriculum Administrator

We are seeking an organised, proactive and professional Curriculum Administrator to join our team at NKC Gravesend College.

Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Department and play a key role as a point of contact for staff, students and external stakeholders. Working closely with different Head of Curriculums, you will help ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day running of the Department.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, processing information and data, supporting departmental processes and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident using Microsoft Office and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines are essential.
