Data Migration & Implementation Analyst - £500-£550 per day - Inside IR35 - Hybrid working - 6 Months intial contract. 

We are seeking a Data Migration & Implementation Analyst to support the implementation of a new 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Non-Conformance Tool.

The role will focus on the migration, cleansing and validation of legacy non-conformance data from paper-based records and the existing CCIS system into the new platform. You will also support reporting and dashboard development, data quality, user guidance, training materials and the development of processes to ensure a consistent approach to non-conformance management across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience across data migration, data quality, reporting, systems implementation or quality systems, particularly within an engineering, manufacturing or regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities -

• Support the successful implementation of the new 3DEXPERIENCE Non-Conformance Tool.
• Migrate legacy non-conformance records from paper-based systems and the existing CCIS platform into 3DX.
• Perform data cleansing, validation and quality checks to ensure migrated information is accurate, complete and consistent.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues throughout the migration process.
• Support the development and implementation of reporting capabilities within the 3DX Non-Conformance Tool.
• Assist with the design, development and testing of dashboards, reports and management information.
• Ensure reporting provides accurate and timely visibility of non-conformance trends, status, ageing, corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Validate reporting outputs and investigate discrepancies or data-quality issues.
• Develop guidance materials, procedures and training documentation to support users of the new system.
• Support users in understanding the new tool and its reporting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data visualisation, reporting efficiency and the overall quality of management information.
• Support the development of a contract baseline library specification, detailing requirements for non-conformance management.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent processes and data standards are established across the organisation.
• Provide general implementation support throughout the transition to the new non-conformance management platform.

About You -

• We are looking for someone with experience in data migration, data quality, systems implementation, reporting or quality systems.
• You may come from a variety of backgrounds, including data analysis, business intelligence, quality systems, QMS, PLM or systems implementation.

You should have:

• Experience of data migration, data cleansing and/or data validation.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Experience developing or supporting reports, dashboards or management information.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data quality.
• The ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate data issues.
• Experience producing user guidance, procedures or training materials.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider implementation team.

Desirable Experience -

The following would be advantageous:

Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE / 3DX.
Experience with PLM, QMS or other enterprise systems.
Experience working with non-conformance, corrective action or quality-management processes.
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, aerospace, defence or another regulated environment.
Experience supporting the implementation of new systems or business processes.
Knowledge of data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Experience working with legacy-system data migration.
