As Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour and Attitudes, you will provide strategic leadership for behaviour, culture and student conduct, helping to create a positive and inclusive environment where all students can thrive. You will lead a team of five Heads of Year, an experienced behaviour team and a pastoral administrator. You will be committed to comprehensive education and inclusion, with unrelentingly high expectations for every student. Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external partners, you will drive continual improvements in behaviour and attitudes to learning.
