We are looking for experienced Executive Assistants to join our established EA temp network. If you enjoy the flexibility and variety of temporary assignments, this is an opportunity to support leading investment firms across a range of short-term roles.
This position is ideal for a proactive, highly organised EA who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can quickly adapt to changing priorities.
A background in Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Professional Services is highly desirable. This opportunity is best suited to Executive Assistants seeking temporary assignments only.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries, international travel, and rapidly changing schedules
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Taking initiative, anticipating needs, and providing seamless support from day one
- 4+ years' Executive Assistant experience within a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Previous experience in Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or similar sectors preferred
- Professional, confident, and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Able to hit the ground running and add value immediately
