Billings Supervisor

Time Appointments are working with a world-leading maritime business based in Ipswich to recruit an experienced Billing Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident billing professional with strong finance operations knowledge and proven team coordination skills to take on a pivotal role within a fast-paced, international organisation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing, reviewing, and processing customer invoices accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Processing invoice amendments, adjustments, and credit notes where required.
• Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and queries.
• Coordinating daily billing activities and helping to prioritise team workloads.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including supporting audit requests.

Skillset and Experience Required:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations.
• Strong understanding of invoicing reconciliations, billing controls, and multi-currency transactions.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with resilience and commitment to delivering excellence.
