Together, they are creating opportunities for young people aged 14+ who may be struggling within traditional education settings — helping them develop confidence, skills and a more positive future.

We are now looking for an Area Manager to oversee approximately 8 sites, supporting educators and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, safeguarding and learner outcomes.

This is more than an operational leadership role. It’s an opportunity to:

Inspire and develop a team of educators.

Improve educational quality and learner outcomes.

Support young people who need a different route to success.

Build strong relationships with schools, local authorities and key stakeholders.

Help shape and grow an innovative alternative education provision.

Who are we looking for?

An experienced educational leader with a background in alternative provision, SEND or a similar setting, who has the skills to lead across multiple sites and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive.
