The Role

You will be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day operations across front of house, bar, member services, functions and events
- Delivering exceptional service standards while managing presentation, feedback and operational issues
- Leading, coaching and developing the team to create a positive, professional and accountable culture
- Supporting the planning and delivery of functions, events, activations and member experiences
- Contributing to revenue, cost control, profitability and operational improvements across the Club
We are looking for a confident and approachable hospitality leader with a strong service mindset and the ability to lead by example in a busy, premium environment. To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience in venue, hospitality, club, hotel, restaurant, events or similar operational management
- Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
- A genuine passion for customer service, member engagement and creating memorable experiences
- Strong commercial awareness with confidence contributing to revenue, cost and performance outcomes
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills with high standards of professionalism and accountability
- $90,000 + Superannuation based on experience
