Senior Lettings Negotiaitor

Dove and Hawk is working with their client to find an ambitious, experienced, and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful, growing team in Hendon.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and securing offers
• Negotiating offers and tenancy terms
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
• Winning new instructions and identifying new business opportunities
• Managing the lettings process through to successful move-in
• Providing landlords with regular updates and professional advice
• Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets
• Maximising income and conversion opportunities
• Supporting junior members of the team and sharing industry knowledge
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of the Hendon and surrounding rental markets
