Class 2 Driver – New Passes Accepted

Connect Driver Solutions is recruiting Class 2 Drivers for a new client based in the G22 area of Glasgow on a temporary to permanent basis.

*New passes welcome, with starts also available in Bathgate*

You’ll be delivering cherry pickers and access equipment to customer sites across the country, completing 6 to 8 deliveries a day. Full training is provided, including IPAF certification.

What’s on offer?

• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Working Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm
• £17.42 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
• Time and a half after 3pm and for any hours on a Saturday
• Full training and IPAF certification provided
• Starts available in Glasgow (G22) and Bathgate

As a Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:

• Delivering and collecting cherry picker machinery to customer sites
• Unloading equipment safely on site
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Completing all delivery paperwork accurately
• Providing a professional service to customers at each delivery point

To be considered as a Class 2 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence – new passes welcome
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT codes
• Good communication skills and strong time management
