Weddings Executive, Leighton Buzzard

Are you passionate about weddings and events, with a talent for building client relationships and turning enquiries into memorable occasions?

Our client, a luxury hotel is looking for a Weddings Executive to manage wedding and special event enquiries from initial contact through to the big day.

You’ll guide clients through the booking process, showcase the venue, create tailored experiences and work closely with internal teams to ensure every event is professionally planned and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage wedding and event enquiries through to confirmed bookings.
• Build strong client relationships and provide a personalised service.
• Conduct venue tours and promote facilities, packages and services.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation.
• Manage follow ups and identify opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate event requirements with internal teams.
• Support the smooth delivery of weddings and events.

Who They’re Looking for:

• Previous experience in weddings, events, conference sales or a similar customer focused sales environment.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A sales focused approach with experience identifying revenue opportunities.
• Confident using Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service.
