Burntwood, Staffordshire HVAC Recruitment Service Coordinator – 6 Month Contract – Burntwood An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to join a well-established and highly regarded engineering business based in Burntwood. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a supportive, fast-paced team known for its professionalism and strong customer focus. Role: Service Coordinator Contract: 6 months Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (one hour unpaid lunch) Salary: Up to £29,950 As Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping engineering operations running smoothly, acting as the vital link between engineers, customers, and the wider business. Key responsibilities of the Service Coordinator role include: * Scheduling and coordinating engineers for planned maintenance and reactive call-outs * Managing engineers' diaries to maximise efficiency, productivity, and customer service levels * Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and responding to enquiries professionally * Liaising with clients to confirm appointments, service visits, and completion of works * Prioritising and allocating work based on customer requirements, engineer availability, skillsets, and location * Monitoring job progress to ensure all service requests are completed within agreed timescales What we're looking for: Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for this Service Coordinator position, along with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Experience with BigChange would be advantageous but is not essential.
