MK9, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Abstract Recruitment Recruitment Advisor Location: Milton Keynes (Head Office) Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday About the Role Abstract Recruitment is expanding its National Resourcing Team at our head office in Milton Keynes. As a National Advisor, you will support our client network across the UK by identifying, engaging and pre-screening candidates for a variety of opportunities. You will work closely with our onsite recruitment teams and branches to develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working towards recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities * Contact candidates who have applied through a range of job boards and recruitment platforms. * Conduct telephone pre-screening calls to assess candidates' suitability and availability. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. * Work closely with onsite recruitment teams and branches across the UK. * Support the development and implementation of recruitment and resourcing strategies. * Assist with candidate mobilisation and the delivery of recruitment campaigns. * Provide a high level of customer service to candidates and internal teams. * Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally and efficiently. About You We are looking for someone who is confident, personable and able to thrive in a busy recruitment environment. You will ideally have: * An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. * The ability to work confidently in a high-volume inbound and outbound calling environment. * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is desirable but not essential. * A full UK driving licence is desirable. * Confidence using Microsoft Office packages. * A positive, professional and proactive approach to work. * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
