HAF-005624 – Housing Officer

Work Pattern: Monday–Friday, 36 hours per week,

PAYE Pay Rate: £23.07 per hour

Main Purpose

To provide a customer-focused housing management service to residents, managing a patch of tenancies, leases and licences and dealing with day-to-day neighbourhood issues.

Typical Day

• Manage tenancies, leases and licences.
• Deal with ASB and resident enquiries.
• Carry out estate inspections and tenancy verification checks.
• Resolve housing and neighbourhood issues.
• Work with residents and internal teams to resolve problems.
• Manage a busy caseload and prioritise urgent matters.
• Attend occasional evening meetings or emergencies.
