Accounts Administrator – Graduate / Entry-Level Opportunity📍 Exeter Outskirts ( needs to drive due to location )
💷 £27,000 per annum
⏰ 37 hours per week
📅 Monday–Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm ( Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm )

We are working with a well-established business that is looking for a Finance & Payroll Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop a career in finance, enjoys working with numbers and wants to gain valuable hands-on experience across both accounts and payroll.

You don't need to have extensive finance experience — we're looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn, who is keen to develop their skills within a supportive finance team.
Responsibilties:You will receive exposure and training across a variety of finance and payroll activities, including:

• Processing employee timesheets, starters and leavers
• Assisting with payroll administration
• Maintaining holiday, sickness and payroll records
• Processing sales invoices and supporting VAT returns
• Recording and allocating cash receipts
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Preparing and issuing customer statements
• Assisting with month-end accounting processes
• Liaising with employees, customers, accountants and internal teams
• Providing general support to the finance function

About YouWe're looking for someone who:

• Has a degree or relevant qualification, ideally with an interest in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related subject
• Strong Administrator or some accounts experience would be benefical 
• Enjoys working with numbers and has an interest in developing a career in finance
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn financial systems
• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Previous payroll or accounts experience is desirable but not essential — graduates and candidates looking to take their first step into a finance career are encouraged to apply.
