About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reflective and committed Class Teacher to join our team. We are seeking an excellent practitioner who is passionate about teaching and learning, builds strong relationships and is ambitious for every child. You will create an engaging, inclusive and purposeful classroom where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.

Whether you are developing your practice or bring significant classroom experience, you will join a school that values collaboration, professional learning and the contribution every member of staff makes to our children and wider school community.

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Is an excellent and enthusiastic classroom practitioner with high expectations for every child.
• Delivers high-quality, engaging and inclusive teaching.
• Has strong curriculum and pedagogical knowledge and uses assessment effectively to inform teaching.
• Understands the importance of well-sequenced learning that builds securely on pupils' prior knowledge.
• Uses adaptive teaching effectively to enable all pupils, including those with SEND and disadvantaged pupils, to access and succeed within the curriculum.
• Creates a positive classroom culture where children are Ready, Respectful and Safe.
• Builds warm and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Is reflective, evidence-informed and committed to continued professional development.
• Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider life of the school.
• Will embrace and actively contribute to our Christian vision, values and ethos.
