Learning Support Assistant

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our welcoming school and play a vital role in supporting pupils to succeed, grow, and reach their full potential.

Your Opportunity

This rewarding role offers the chance to work closely with class teachers and our SENCo to support children both in and out of the classroom. Whether you're experienced in SEND provision or have a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs thrive, you'll be joining a supportive team committed to making a difference every day.

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our pupils in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• GCSE Maths & English Minimum Grade C or equivalent

Greenway Junior School is a three-form entry Junior School in Horsham, where the whole school community is committed to lifelong learning for all. The Details

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm. 

Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days). 

Salary: GLF Associate 2, point 1 - £24,751

Actual Salary: £19,222.97
