Trainee Masking Operative – Ferndown£13ph | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Early Friday Finish | Immediate Start

Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for a Trainee Masking Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based near Ferndown.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in production and manufacturing, with training provided. You’ll be part of a busy team, preparing products for production and helping across different areas of the business when required.

The RoleAs a Trainee Masking Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and masking products ready for production
• Working on the production line
• Using basic hand tools
• Following technical drawings and diagrams
• Checking work to ensure a high standard of quality
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Supporting other areas of production when required
• Learning new processes and developing your manufacturing skills

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Able to follow drawings, diagrams and instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and hardworking
• Good written and spoken English
• Happy to work across different areas of the business when required

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within manufacturing.
