Assistant Curriculum Leader Geography

Didsbury High School is a vibrant, inclusive and academically ambitious school within the Laurus Trust. We are seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic Assistant Curriculum Leader of Geography to support the leadership and continued development of our successful Geography department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented teacher with a passion for Geography and a desire to develop their leadership skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Curriculum Leader to ensure outstanding teaching and learning, high levels of student achievement and a rich co-curricular experience for all learners. The post offers an excellent pathway for career progression within a high-performing Trust.

As Assistant Curriculum Leader of Geography, you will support the strategic development of the department whilst maintaining a significant teaching commitment. You will play a key role in raising achievement across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting assessment, intervention and curriculum development, and contributing to the wider life of the school.
