Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a well-established business in Darley Dale.
This is a temporary administration / data entry role involving the scanning, renaming and digital filing of paper documents. The ideal candidate will be organised, computer literate and have excellent attention to detail.
Administrator Duties:
- Scanning paper files and documents
- Uploading documents to digital filing systems
- Renaming and saving files accurately
- Organising and maintaining digital records
- Data entry and document management
- Checking information for accuracy
- General administration and office duties
Administrator Requirements:
- Previous administration, office, data entry or document control experience desirable
- Good computer skills
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Organised and methodical approach
- Comfortable carrying out repetitive administrative tasks
- Reliable and available to start 28th September 2026
This is a temporary Administrator position offering £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
