The firm is currently seeking a skilled individual to join the highly successful Private Client team, based in Swindon, the role involves managing a diverse caseload with a focus on Wills, LPAs, and Probate. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to handling a high volume of work and delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities include managing and expanding a portfolio of Private Client work, innovating for enhanced service delivery, cultivating robust client relationships, achieving fee income targets, and adhering to Practice Management Standards.

Candidates must possess extensive experience in Private Client work, the ability to manage a technical caseload efficiently, and outstanding communication skills. A keen eye for detail, collaborative spirit, and the capacity to make sound decisions are essential. Professional presentation, self-motivation, excellent time management, flexibility, and proficiency in IT, including Microsoft packages, are also required.
