About the role
Admin Officer
Location: Chester, CH1-1SN Monday- Friday 9am-5pm Pay rate: £13.25ph

Our Client is hiring for an Admin Officer at the Chester Civil & Family Justice Centre, where your admin skills and calm, professional approach will make a real difference.
What you'll be doing:
* Carry out general office duties to support the centre's day-to-day operations
* Enter and maintain computer data accurately (including data input tasks)
* Respond to customer queries in a courteous, helpful manner
* Support with clerking and ushering duties when required
* Assist with vacancy management activities to help validate the role and job specification
What you'll bring:
* Strong attention to detail, with confidence working on computer-based admin and data input
* A friendly, professional approach when dealing with customers and queries
* Comfort working in a busy environment, staying organised and reliable
* The ability to support clerical processes, including clerking/ushering duties, with discretion and professionalism
* A collaborative mindset-happy to help where needed to keep things moving
