Client Bookkeeper

Bexhill, Bexhill-on-Sea, UK ProTalent ProTalent are currently working with a highly regarded and long-established accountancy practice in Bexhill to recruit a Client Bookkeeper to join their friendly and supportive team. The Firm: Outstanding reputation in the local market Known for its excellent working culture Loyal and varied client base Supportive, team-oriented environment The Role: As a Client Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for managing bookkeeping duties for a portfolio of clients, including: Day-to-day bookkeeping for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies VAT returns and CIS submissions Some involvement with payroll tasks Company secretarial duties as required Communicating with clients, HMRC, and other third parties The Ideal Candidate: AAT qualified or currently studying At least 2 years’ experience in an accountancy practice Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero and other bookkeeping software Confident managing client relationships and deadlines A team player with excellent communication skills What’s on Offer: Salary between £28,000 – £32,000, depending on experience Flexible working options Ongoing training and development Supportive and positive work environment If you would like to find out more please contact (email address removed) or call (phone number removed)
